Broadband and the way forward

Broadband is the way forward for many developing and yes developed countries too.More research needs to be done on this field and small businesses should become more demanding of both governments and big businesses but out of choice some big businesses just "sometimes" listen to small businesses-there has to be more cooperation and what happens when the big countries do not listen to the smaller ones-simple they get left behind in the race.South Korea is the greatest example and it is a world beater in Broadband and all the rest of the developed countries are doing are playing catch-up.
