Every year one sees heatwaves, droughts, floods - people living miserably after that ,
Forget the one ones who are not there - they are very far apart,
This must teach us a lesson, a very painful one,
The truth is a lot more can & must be done,
Very large power projects are announced,
Most ecology & Life is trounced,
With such tax sanctioned loot - often against the will of the masses,
One just wonders how such destructive instruments passes,
Not many make even a whimper in protest,
This just builds up hatred & detest - after all a few good one's did try from among the rest,
Burden the masses with more bigger problems - increase the costs & taxes - bureaucrats act at the leader's behest!
All is not lost the international bodies are there - where there is a fragment of accountability left,
Or are even the last shreds of cloth bereft,
Many things are being seen today thanks to increased reach,
The masses have seen many a breach!
Surely a few people are there - ones who work with deft!
Act now as the last bit of dignity only exists,
There is a time to smash many bad projects with open fists,
Myths have to be shattered,

A request to the Billionaires - please do more - the cities and place you love respect will be "NO MORE".
